Sundays are made for relaxation and enjoying the simple pleasures of life. Today, I had a wonderful day filled with frisbee fun, tasty food, and an exciting planting adventure. Join me as I share the highlights of my day, including a frisbee game, a satisfying lunch at Park Cafe, and planting a beautiful vine.
Morning Frisbee Fun:
In the morning, I joined the Rodwell Students group for our regular frisbee session. It had been over two months since I last played, so I was thrilled to be back on the field. The sunny weather and intense exercise left us tired but happy. I even took a break and felt a bit queasy. However, the excitement and togetherness made it all worthwhile.
A Delicious Lunch at Park Cafe:
After our frisbee game, we headed to Park Cafe to fill our stomachs. I ordered a refreshing drink called Passion Fruit Frappe, which paired perfectly with a Kun Teav. The flavors were delicious and exactly what I needed after spending hours in the sun. It was a satisfying meal that left me feeling refreshed and content.
Gardening Adventures at Home:
When I got home, I decided to embark on a new gardening project. Instead of planting a flower, I opted for a beautiful vine. Although I’m not exactly sure what type of vine it is, I was excited to get my hands dirty. I shared some photos of my planting journey, capturing the step-by-step process. I can’t wait to see how it grows and transforms over time.
Rejuvenating Nap and Riverside Work:
Feeling a bit tired, I took a short nap to recharge. Later, Rod woke me up, suggesting we work outside at La Croisette Bistro & Restaurant which is located by the riverside. As we arrived, I couldn’t help but notice the lovely design that had previously gone unnoticed. The artwork on the walls and the fresh air created a peaceful atmosphere that fascinated me.
To my surprise, I discovered that Lacosade had the same type of vine I had planted at home. However, theirs had grown significantly taller, showing the care it had received. This inspired me, and I imagined my own vine reaching such heights with proper care. I’ll be sure to share updates on its progress in the coming days.
Today was a day filled with enjoyable frisbee play, scrumptious food, and an exciting gardening adventure.
