Mistake

I should have pivoted after I got the disc in hand. The stall count had reached 4, and B was cutting to the dump side. I turned my head and saw him. By then, the count was up to 6, so I decided to throw. However, the throw was incomplete, and it went badly off course because I didn’t pivot. My torso was still facing forward, and I threw the disc from behind, which explains why it was incomplete. I just saw my teammate and threw it right away without adjusting my stance.

Improvement

It’s okay. Just take your time—the stall count is 10, so you still have a few seconds. Get yourself in the right position by pivoting before you throw. The key is to stay calm under pressure, even as the stall count rises.

That’s all I can recall from yesterday’s training.
