Gosh, how long has it been?
Feels like I’ve missed workouts for two weeks straight; and to be honest, I haven’t felt motivated to hit the gym at all. It’s like my body got a little too comfortable with the break, and now it’s resisting the comeback.
But hey; here I am again.
Starting slow. Light reps. Small exercises.
Just showing up.
I can’t even remember exactly what I did today, I forgot to jot it down. I’m actually writing this two days later, just trying to stay accountable and keep the rhythm alive.
