30/52: So far so good

  • Continue to throw everyday
  • Consistent with running
  • Learn about the downfield defense
  • Finally understanding what the actually fuck do the coach meant when they said embrace the core when hucking forehand, it totally made a huge difference. Yeah right after so many bad hacks for the scrimmage this week. But that’s okay, it’s not about the mistakes you make, it’s how you bounce back and learn from it.
  • I’ve started to read a new book bong Rod bought for me called What’s the meaning of your life by the Harvard’s professor C. Brooks, I’ve known him for a few years now, mostly something related to happiness.
  • Lately has been watched a commencement speech, mostly from Harvard too.
  • Been consistent with the all habits except the speaking English one, however, I did practice reading out loud
  • I think I found a trick to make it tick now with the forehand huck. Here are some that I think it’s working at least during the last time I practice throwing at the park
    • Embracing the core when throwing
    • Don’t pivot too far, but pivot to the right a little bit
    • Do the 3 pivot points for the upwind huck,
    • IO edge to almost every conditions bcoz the disc it’s going to OI anyways, espcially when doing a far throw.
    • I felt more power when throwing during embracing the core
