I’m feeling better and ready for a fight. I need a challenge that pushes me, but this time, I’m fighting my own history of quitting.
I’ve failed at running before because I always went too big—aiming for 5K right away. Not this time.
The biggest challenge isn’t the distance; it’s the morning. That 6:00 AM start is meant to prove the inner voice wrong that says I’ll hit snooze and fail.
My Simple Plan for November
The key is starting small. No big goals. Just show up.
| Day | Time | Goal |
| Tuesday | 6:00 AM | Get outside. |
| Thursday | 6:00 AM | Get outside. |
| Saturday | 6:00 AM | Get outside. |
For one month, my only measure of success is consistency. Forget the distance. If I step outside at 6 AM on those three days, I win.
Let the 6 AM showdown begin.
