
Monday is a recovery day after a hard frisbee training session on Sunday. It’s important to give my muscles some time to rest and recover instead of constantly pushing them. Recovery time is crucial for muscle growth because it allows muscles to repair and strengthen.
However, I can’t skip the gym just because I have an intense training session every Sunday. Building a habit means always showing up, no matter what.
Therefore, from now on, Monday will always be a recovery day—a day to focus on minor muscles that make a big difference in performance and boost results on the field, muscles that are often overlooked.
Today, I worked on strengthening my front ankle muscles to prevent injury, enhance strength, and improve stability.
