Day 14


It has been 14 days since I started this habit tracking. Proud to say that I have not yet missed one single day besides Saturday and Sunday, which are not in the plan. Simply saying, 5 days workout, 2 days rest. I think I’m on the highway now; nothing can stop me. The momentum just keeps rolling on and on, and I’m loving it.

Probably one of the best things that happened so far this year. What makes it even more exciting is that it happens by design, not by chance; it happens by commitment and determination, not feeling.

However, I still wasn’t satisfied with the result; I didn’t see the outcome as I expected. I still keep exploring and changing many workout exercises, trying to find what best fits me the most and produce the best outcome.

Maybe I am a little impatient, maybe it takes more time to see the result, maybe that’s what consistency really means.

Angkor Wat wasn’t built in a day, so be patient and trust the process.
