Day 32

Truth be told, I hate doing conditioning exercises, especially interval running. I hate it to the point that I would rather squat 60kg for 4 sets than run at 24km/h for 20 seconds. I hate it so much that I would rather do 4 different exercises just to avoid running a single set of intervals. That’s how much I dislike conditioning exercises.

There are various exercises for conditioning and stamina, but I’ve only tried a few, and I hate all of them.

But hate is just hate—there are still no excuses, as I promised myself.

Today’s workout is conditioning and stamina day… sigh.

I also incorporated a few footwork drills, but they didn’t go as expected. It’s hard to do footwork on this slippery ground, and I was wearing my old, outstanding red Puma shoes.
