Squat 70 kg? Okay, Checked!
Shhh … don’t tell anybody, I skipped plyometric today. Feel so unmotivated, lazy, and tired, probably from yesterday’s workout.
But I managed to finish the dumbbell bench press, squat, deadlift. So not bad at all, actually.
