Day 41

Truth be told, I missed posting my workout blog for the first time after 40 days of consistently documenting my gym visits without missing a single day. But to be clear, I only missed posting the blog, not the workout itself.

I usually upload my blog a few hours after working out, but yesterday was a bit hectic. I decided to wait until nighttime to post it. After a delicious dinner and feeling quite full, I laid down for a bit. I had this nagging feeling that I was forgetting something, and when I woke up, it was already 11:59 PM. Yes, really, it was exactly 11:59 PM!

So, I missed my post, but that’s okay. What matters is that I didn’t miss my daily workout.

Here’s a sneak peek into what I did yesterday.

It was all about core stability and rotation.
