
To trust the process is one thing; to keep monitoring and reviewing is another.
I believe that in anything I do, I could always be wrong. It’s hard to say that I’m someone who always believes in certain things and that there’s no way anyone could change my mind; that would be a lie.




Most of the things I once believed, I don’t anymore. I used to love red, but now I think black is my favorite … wait, nope, I guess green is mine right now … honestly, I don’t know.



Most of the things I used to hate, I’ve now become fascinated with for some reason, learning to see a different view or part of them.
Just like the exercises I choose for my workouts, it’s not that I don’t trust what I’m doing, but I think it’s essential to keep reviewing what I’m doing to see what else can be improved. Again, it’s about trial and error. I don’t have the money to buy a program or hire a personal coach to tell me what I need to do; all I have is the internet, the most powerful and free resource one could ever ask for.

The more I immerse myself in this cycle, the more information I absorb and learn from it. And the more I can start to correct myself, finding what exercises work and fit me best.
My concerns right now are not only finding what exercises work, but also figuring out what I want versus what I really need to be an athlete. To be frank, I’m not hungry enough to be an ultimate frisbee player; I don’t have a goal for that.
Maybe I’ll be wrong about this.
