
Just finished editing the video for Spirit Week Day 3, which was Sports Day. The event went smoothly, and it was great to see how much the grade 9 and 10 students enjoyed themselves, having fun and taking selfies with their friends. That’s a part of high school life I missed out on, but life goes on, so I try to be present as much as I can.
Today’s workout focused mainly on legs for strength day. I’m not completely satisfied with the weight I used, but I’m planning to increase it next week.
