Today was all about plyometric and abs training. I followed the plyometric exercises shared by Tobe Decrane from his YouTube channel. (Link to his exercises here.)
After that, I moved on to abs exercises inspired by Ronaldo, which I saw on TikTok. And oh boy… my abs were on fire! The routine recommended doing 4 sets, but I could only manage 2 sets, and even then, I struggled to hit the suggested number of reps for some exercises.
No worries, though—I’ll tackle it again next week and aim to improve!
