
Today was all about trial and error. I incorporated new footwork drills related to Ultimate Frisbee movement into my schedule, thanks to the UAP project for sharing their exercises. Big shout out to them! I wish I could access more exercises, workout schedules, and information about frisbee from them, but there’s no such thing as a free lunch, and I’m too broke to subscribe to their program.
