Just got back from a trip to Siem Reap this evening after spending 2 nights and 3 days with teammates. After arriving, I planned to hit the gym and had everything ready. However, when I drove by, it was crowded, and I don’t like waiting for people to finish their exercises or change weights. So, I decided to work out at home with bodyweight exercises and some dumbbells instead.
It wasn’t as much exercise as I had planned—just a random selection from YouTube—but I still focused on the upper body for Monday.
