I JUST BROKE MY PERSONAL RECORD!! NO CAP
What else can I say? Honestly, today was an amazing day for me. After finishing my gym session and breaking a personal record, I felt refreshed and ready to take on anything, even though I was a bit sleepy and fatigued.
Today was supposed to be a plyometric day, but I decided to switch it up to a full-body workout, finishing with some plyometric exercises.
I added 5 more kg to my barbell squat, making it 60 kg, including the bar weight. This is heavier than my current body weight of 53 kg. It might seem like a small achievement to some, but for me, it’s a moment of pride and something to celebrate. It’s a reminder that with consistency and effort, you can reach your goals. Of course, 60 kg isn’t my final goal, and I’m not stopping here. But it’s a milestone I set for myself, and the sense of accomplishment is indescribable.

Today was a great day. I had a fantastic time with the RAs playing a game where we continued a new song by starting with the end of the opponent’s lyrics. We laughed out loud and celebrated Jully’s 18th birthday. Gosh, I forgot I’m getting old—well, not that old, but you know.
Dinner was great; we talked a lot about ultimate frisbee, just as we usually do. Rod reminisced about old times by showing us Reach’s old photos (I bet he really misses those days).
I’ll wrap this up with a mention of the video Fant just edited and posted on YouTube. Honestly, it was an incredible piece of work with great shots and cinematic filming, all done on an iPhone 15. I couldn’t believe it. All credit to him.
I’ll close it up here as time is ticking, and I don’t want to miss my streak.
Hopefully, you have a moment to laugh and enjoy, just as I did today.
Here’s today’s workout.
