
Too tired, exhausted, and drained to describe how I feel right now. I just got back from a trip to Kampot, organized by Rodwell, which included over 70 students, teachers, and staff for a holiday break.
I hopped off the bus between 8:30 and 8:45 pm and quickly asked Rod to go to the gym right away because I didn’t want to miss my daily workout streak, which has been 30 days straight, including today.

After a whole day of being baked by the sun, walking a lot, and spending time talking and singing, my body felt as tired as anyone else’s on the trip.
Today’s workout wasn’t much, but it was the best I could do for an hour since my gym closes at 10 pm.
