Day 37

Today was a pretty damn hard training session. The sweat was pouring, my heart was racing, and my face felt as hot as hell.

Almost all of today’s exercises involved acceleration such as running, jumping, and sprinting.

Just broke another personal record reaching 26 km/h speed. Next goal? 28 km/h.

I’m not sure if I’m materialistic, but I guess I am. Some people say shoes are just shoes and don’t make much of a difference. But for me, shoes are a part of who I am, especially the brand. The brand of shoes I wear says something about the kind of person I am. Nike, for example, has done something right by inspiring and influencing thousands of people to feel proud of wearing that iconic swoosh logo, and I’m definitely one of them.

When it comes to brands, I like almost all of them. Adidas, Nike, Puma, and more. Recently, I’ve added a new favorite, On, a Swiss brand that has just been gaining exposure. And then there’s my all-time favorite, Lululemon, which is extremely luxurious and crazy expensive for each pant or shirt.

My favorite picture from today captured me in motion, sprinting with the Nike logo on display. It felt so athletic. For those who aspire to be athletes, sometimes all they need is to feel like an athlete.
