Day 46

Today was better than yesterday. It wasn’t as crowded as the evening shift; the gym was quite peaceful with just a few women working out with their coach. Most of their exercises focused on glutes, which seems to be a common goal for many women at the gym.

My schedule today was centered on core stability. I started with some mobility stretches, then moved on to core exercises aimed at developing abs, and finished with farmer’s walks.
