Monday wasn’t as exciting as previous Mondays; I’m not quite sure why.
Maybe here’s why:
- I didn’t get coffee this morning, so I felt sleepy.
- I was literally drained from yesterday’s training, which involved a lot of running, cutting, and jumping.
However, I managed to not only finish all the exercises but also added extra weight.
