Day 57

I think one of the most important aspects of playing ultimate frisbee as a handler is agility – the ability to move quickly, which requires a lot of footwork. To absorb the force and make a cut in a quick moment happens so fast.

Here are some exercises I did today, and I’ll add more footwork drills next week to focus on agility, explosiveness, and hip mobility.

Today was pretty hard on my shins – both were hurting, twice as painful as last time. But I like it, actually, I love it. It’s a sign of muscle growth (hopefully).
