You thought I missed it?! Nope, you were wrong!

It’s such a busy day; I almost forgot to post today’s workout.

I’m in a meeting right now, waiting for my turn to rehearse for an upcoming chapter presentation on Saturday.

Honestly, I just recently heard about deceleration from Jimmy, and that’s when I looked into it. Now, I realize why I broke my arm and failed badly after a full sprint to get the disc. It’s all about deceleration.

What is Deceleration?

Deceleration is the ability to slow down quickly and in a controlled manner. It’s crucial for sports like ultimate frisbee, where you need to stop suddenly or change direction frequently. By practicing deceleration, you learn how to land properly after a full-speed sprint or a high jump. These exercises help you slow down safely and reduce the risk of injuries.
