Misread, Now Start Over Again

Oh my god, I totally misread the program. I assumed it would work the same way as the previous one I did — Vertcode Bodyweight — which has 4 phases, with each phase lasting 4 weeks. For Vertcode Elite, though, there are 12 phases, and at first I was wondering why there were so many. So I figured, “maybe each phase actually just means a week,” meaning I’d only have to do 12 weeks total.

Boy, was I wrong. Turns out it works exactly like the previous program — each phase is still 4 weeks. That’s why I was so confused about why the exercises kept changing so quickly week to week — I hadn’t even gotten used to one before it switched to the next.

So now I have to go back to Phase 1 and restart from week 2.

Honestly, I’m not sure I’m ready for this — 12 months is a lot, lol. But on the bright side, Jimmy managed to touch the 6th light while he was still in Phase 1, which is seriously impressive.

Anyway, that’s the story. Back to Phase 1 I go.
