Day 15


Strength lower body for today.

I didn’t do many exercises today because I had to go for a graduation photoshoot (four years flashed by in the blink of an eye). However, I’m satisfied with the three exercises I did. I focused on form, moved slowly, and used heavier weights.

I’m planning to add 5 more kg to my squat next time.
