Today was a full body workout, I kinda did a bit of everything. After the conversation last night about the interval running should be included in the workout, which i have known but been avoided to do cause it was intense, hard, and tired as hell.
However, i’m planning to review my workout routine this weekend, it’s important to keep monitoring the progress of how far I’ve been, and what’s should be improved.
For example, the plyometric, I should add more exercises and more days of trainning for it. Another one is Agility and quickness.
I keep it update of my 5 days weekly workout this weekend.
Here’s today workout, I started with a warm up mobility as always at the upstair because it was quite and open space. After that, I went downstair which where I was doing all the exercises at. I started with a bench press, dumbbell bench press, landmine row, squat, explosive split squat, and single leg jumping.
