Day 50

Never thought I would celebrate 50 days of working out without missing a single session on such an an intense leg day like this.

Frankly speaking, I felt lazy and exhausted after waking up late around 9 am, wasting another hour scrolling through social media, plus 30 more minutes watching a Sunday frisbee training film (I love watching myself play, but I don’t like playing).

I felt guilty for being unproductive on my only day off, which I was supposed to use for going to the dentist to fix my teeth, starting a new website for an exciting frisbee project, reviewing my accomplished goals, setting new ones, and continuing my blog about 2 days in NYC. In the end, I did none of those things.

However, I did manage to go to my workout, so it wasn’t too bad after all. I’ll finish the other tasks tomorrow, or the day after.

It’s a day-off, maybe just relax for sometimes isn’t going to waste that much.
