Day 55

If your legs ain’t shaking, it ain’t leg day. After five exercises, man, I’m telling you, my legs were shaking like a protein shake as I walked downstairs leaving the gym.

One of the hardest exercises was the ISO split squat. The heat was up, time seemed to tick slowly, my legs were shaking, and I was fighting myself, trying to prove that I could do it and finish it. And guess what? I did. with a 30 seconds for 3 sets with a 5kg dumbbell on each side. Keep up the good work – maybe that’s both a compliment and motivation to go on.

P.S. I broke another PR. I finally did a deadlift with 80kg for the first time ever. If that’s not the best, it’s at least a piece of art – the art of keeping progress moving forward.
