Back to the grind … it’s Chest Day, baby! Right after getting off the plane around 5 pm, I made it to frisbee training on Sunday.
I could feel myself getting sick—probably from not getting enough sleep (I was up until 2 am for three days straight during the Malaysia trip … shh, don’t tell Rod), not drinking enough water, and maybe the four days straight of Coke (just maybe).
