Day 68

Honestly, I’m really happy with my current body shape. Not only has it boosted my confidence, but it’s also helped me both mentally and physically.

Working out has definitely improved my sleep. After two hours of exercise, the fatigue and soreness make it impossible to stay up late like I used to, no matter how much I want to. My body just competely shuts down.

I used to be skeptical when people (I mean experts) said that exercise reduces stress. But now, I realize they were right. I feel great most of the time. Of course, no one can be happy all the time—if you are, you might need to see a doctor! But working out does give me a sense of accomplishment after reaching my goals each day, and that’s where the happiness comes from. Plus, exercise releases endorphins, which help improve mood and reduce stress. (I’ve read up on this a bit.)

Note: This is just my personal experience, not professional advice.

After today’s workout, I finally managed to touch the 4th light at Rodwell again! But funny enough, as I’m writing this, I decided to try it again… and nope, didn’t make it. Maybe I wasn’t fully warmed up yet.
