One of the happiest days, if not the happiest day of my life! I just broke my personal record in the vertical jump, reaching the 4th light at Rodwell. That’s something I’ve never done before. I don’t know about you, but I’m absolutely loving this feeling right now. Two words to describe today: Proud & Satisfied.

I really went hard today—hit the barbell squat for 4 sets, increased the barbell split squat to 12 reps per set, and pushed the dumbbell raise to 10 reps per set.

Honestly, vertical jumps haven’t been a priority in my training program. I only do one plyometric session per week on Wednesdays, combined with footwork drills on Thursdays. To be frank, if I had been doing plyometrics 2-3 times a week, I probably would’ve hit that 4th light even faster. But it’s just not in my priority in term of goals and I don’t it helps the part If you’ve read some of my previous blog posts, you’d know how frustrated I was about not jumping higher like others. But now? I did it. I always knew I could and would. Always trust the process and the program. Stay committed, Japs.
