After the whole day of decoration and preparation for the party event, we all were exhausted; I was exhausted, frankly speaking. I was trained, and my body was completely shut down, but somehow, the mindset didn’t cooperate with the body because my mind kept asking for more, one more push, one more set, and I would be done, just one more. And I firmly believe that one more small thing will make a difference and change the way I do everything in life, not just for the exercises.
