Day 86

I was pretty impressed with myself for getting 12 reps for 3 sets with 70kg. The weight felt lighter than usual, but I just went with it. After I finished all the sets, I accidentally noticed that the bar was actually 15kg, not 20kg. And I was like, damn it! No wonder those 12 reps felt so easy—it was 65kg, not 70kg, like I thought!
