Trust the process, keep working, and let the action speak for itself.
Nothing feels more frustrating than seeing people my height who can jump higher, run faster, and look stronger, despite my consistent workouts. It’s even more painful when people comment on why I still look thin or can’t jump higher despite going to the gym every day.
What can I say? What should I say? How can I perceive it with less pain? I don’t know.
Maybe the key is learning to block out those negative voices. Maybe that’s when the word “trust” comes in. Maybe that’s how you stay strong during uncertain times. Or maybe I’m wrong about all of this.
Just maybe.

Don’t be too hard on yourself. Move at your own pace, but keep going!
